  The INFOLynx Transaction Data Warehouse Module includes a unique Conversion Mapping Tool that enables our users to establish multiple entry points for transaction data from diverse sources into a single transaction data warehouse. Common data elements from each source are mapped to system variables establishing user-defined relationships between each data source while those data elements unique to each data source are retained.

  Once established, all transaction data in the INFOLynx Data Warehouse is immediately available to all other INFOLynx Modules. To provide maximum flexibility, the Module also includes easy to use Output Options that can be used to export data to other third party or proprietary applications.
  The result is a single, enterprise-wide Transaction Data Warehouse which represents the aggregate of your company’s transaction activity. Unlimited Storage
INFOLynx utilizes its proprietary File Management Methods enabling retention and desk-top access to virtually unlimited transaction volumes. Our only limitation is the amount of disk space you maintain. You decide how long to retain detailed transaction data records, while summarized data is retained indefinitely. The result is immediate desk-top access to both fully detailed transaction data as well as summarized results.

Once transactions are established, our INFOLynx Transaction Data Warehouse provides direct links to other INFOLynx Modules to facilitate the complete transaction cycle including billing, funds settlement, claims and adjustments, reporting and tracking.

The ADJUSTMENTCenter Module is uniquely designed to address the growing need to improve transaction research and presentation capabilities during adjustment creation.

Transaction look up functions allow users to easily find and retrieve actual transaction data into our Claims Workbook area where additional research can be performed and adjustment entries can be initialized and submitted.

• You and your customers can research transaction activity with minimal input requirements and access transaction history with the click of a mouse.
• Our user-defined Adjustments Data Base allows you to define adjustment parameters. You can establish enterprise specific options while maintaining standard adjustment rules.

You can customize transaction detail, determine customer specific transaction access, allow for automated posting and receiver acceptance, set adjustment time tables and contingencies to specific transaction sets, prevent duplications and accommodate new transaction sets dynamically as they arise. • Daily settlement positions can be calculated for any customer grouping and then transmitted to the ACH for next-day settlement.

• The INFOLynx VIEWPoint Module allows you to quickly obtain information from any PC desktop.
  All VIEWPoint reports are generated from the data stored in the INFOLynx Data Warehouse; so no time-consuming or costly mainframe access or programming is required.

INFOLynx VIEWPoint is easy to use and does not require detailed database knowledge or programming skills.

VIEWPoint is designed to provide a series of standard reports while allowing you to customize the data that appears in the reports. The basic VIEWPoint Module includes more than 100 standard reports. Reporting categories include daily and monthly transaction analysis with trending as well as customer and product database reporting. Each of the reporting categories allows the user to define the level of detail and presentation.

In addition, VIEWPoint allows users to design custom reports using the information stored in the INFOLynx Data Warehouse as well as options to select and filter the data that appears in the report forms provided.
